Are you new to Rowing?

Interested but don't really know where to start?

 

The Learn to Row (LTR) Program may be your key this season to keeping you on the path to a healthy lifestyle!

 

The LTR Program is comprised of a dry-land introduction and on-the-water sessions.

Combined, the land and water sessions will give you a general introduction to the sport (equipment and technique) , as well as, safety practices on and off of the water. Upon successful completion of LTR, you are invited to join the Club recreational rowing programming that runs May to early Oct each year. Punch cards and full membership options are available.

LTR Programming: May/June 

Total Cost: $394.14 ( $250 is the Club Fee that includes all equipment and  $144.14 are sport association fees and insurance.) Pay by cash, check/ bank draft or e-transfer ( to kamloopsrowing@gmail.com) 5 days prior to your program start date.

** This Season: All Club activities will be aligned to our Preventative Health Maintenance Plan. This includes hand and equipment washing, opt mask wearing, physical distancing during general use of all facilities at the Shumway Lake venue where the KRC boathouse is located.
